All rates are double occupancy unless otherwise stated and apply to advanced reservation only and subject to state & local taxes. Rates include daily housekeeping, swimming, rowboats, canoeing, shuffleboard, ping-pong, walking track, free wi-fi, BBQ’s, and fishing.

• Two to Twelve Years – $10 Night/$60 Weekly

Boat Docking

• $1.50 per ft per night. $8 per ft per week
• Arrangements must be made on the availability basis in advance with the management
• Boat Dockage must be for the same time period as the room rental
• Trailer parking is free to all guests with assigned dock space. All others will be towed. Your boat must be removed by 10am on day of departure.
• NO EXCEPTIONS

Pet Policy

Small pet additional $15/night per pet
Medium pet additional $25/night per pet
Large pet additional $35/night per pet

• Pets are permitted in pet rooms only.
• Pets must be on a leash, no longer then 6 feet long, at all times when outside of the accommodation.
• Medium and large pets are prohibited in suites and jr. suite rooms.
• If pets are found in non-pet rooms, or medium and large pets are found in suites and jr. suites, a $100.00 per night per pet payment will be required. Violators may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Housekeeping will not go into the accommodation, only if it is opened by the guest.
• You must pick-up after your pets, dumpsters are located on lakeside and mountainside properties.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool, pool area, in the lake and on the sandy beach.
• Please respect other guests, staff and resort property.
• Pet owners are responsible for them and must follow town ordinance as well as all other county, state and resort’s policy.
