All sports indicated in price list are FREE; to be used at your own risk and management reserves the right to refuse the release of equipment.
We do take trained/leashed pets. Pet owners are responsible for them and must follow town ordinance and resort's policy.
For use at the beach, please bring towels and blankets from your home.

RESERVATIONS

Deposit of two days rental for each week or less.
Made in advance during all seasons. This is not extra.
Balance to be paid in advance upon arrival in Traveler's Check, money orders, cash, VISA, Mastercard, or debit.
Your room key will be issued ONLY after the entire balance of your stay has been paid.
Deposit for reservations made by phone must be received within 5 days or reservation will be canceled.
Prices do not include tax and gratuities.
Cots and cribs available for extra persons.
Ample free lounge chairs at pool area.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
DEPOSITS NOT TRANSFERABLE
All confirmed reservations will be held until 6 P.M. unless otherwise notified.
Reservations are commitments for the full period requested. As we must honor your reservation we also require that our guests honor their commitments. Your deposit will be refunded ONLY if we receive the reservation cancellation, in writing, fourteen days prior to your arrival. There is a 25% service charge on ALL cancellations and other refunds. There is NO refund given for early departure.
Facilities of motel for registered guests only. Sorry, we do not allow visiting guests.
Rates are subject to change unless secured by advance reservation.

DEPARTURE /ARRIVAL

Rooms must be vacated by 10 am. to allow reasonable time to prepare for incoming guests. Check in starting at 3 p.m.
Please Note: All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

PET POLICY

Pets are permitted in pet rooms only.
Pets must be on a leash, no longer then 6 feet long, at all times when outside of the accommodation.
Medium and large pets are prohibited in suites and jr. suite rooms.
If pets are found in non-pet rooms, or medium and large pets are found in suites and jr. suites a $100.00 per night per pet payment will be required. Violators may be asked to leave without a refund.
Housekeeping will not go into the accommodation, only if it is opened by the guest.
You must pick-up after your pets, dumpsters are located on lakeside and mountainside properties.
Pets are not allowed in the pool, pool area, in the lake and on the sandy beach.
Please respect other guests, staff and resort property.
