RATES INCLUDE SWIMMING, ROWBOATS, CANOEING, SHUFFLEBOARD, PING-PONG & WALKING TRACK.

All rates apply to ADVANCED RESERVATION ONLY and subject to state & local taxes.



ADDITIONAL PERSONS IN ALL TYPES OF ACCOMMODATIONS (ALL SEASONS)

Infants to two years are free of charge - crib available at $5 per night

  • Infants to Two Years - Free/Crib $5 Night
  • Two to Twelve Years - $8 Night/$45 Weekly
  • Thirteen and over - $12 Night/$70 Weekly
  • Small pet additional $15/night per pet
  • Medium pet additional $25/night per pet
  • Large pet additional $35/night per pet

NO FREE BOAT DOCKING PRIVATE OR RENTALS BOAT DOCKING OR PARKING FEES
  • Arrangements must be made on the availability basis in advance with the management
  • Trailer space is free to all guests with assigned dock space. All others will be towed. Your boat must be removed by 10am on day of departure.
  • $1.50 per ft per night. $8 per ft per week
  • Boat Docking or Boat Parking rental must be for the same time period as the room rental
